What to expect during our Showit Web Design Intensives!

It’s time to ditch that annoying waitlist and grab a nice chilled bottle of Saracco. You’ve been putting this website off for ages because who has time to actually build a website!? I get it. There’s a major tech learning curve when it comes to designing a website but with a little help and some dedicated time our 3 day In Focus Design Intensives can do just that! Let me take you through what exactly to expect over the course of 3 days of working with Rebel Studio Design.

After booking your design date using the contract and invoice I sent over after our consultation you will receive a custom onboarding portal – straight on our website. This makes it easy for you to access all the goodies you receive for working with us!

i.e. our Website Wireframe, Content & Copyrighting Guide, Brand Photoshoot suggestions and Building a Strategic Brand Workbook just to name a few!

Within your client portal you’ll fill out our onboarding checklist where you can leave all passwords and sharekey if you have one. You’ll then upload all necessary content into your Dropbox folder, branding color palette, logos, elements, photos, gifs and videos. Don’t forget to send me a secret Pinterest board filled with inspiration (layouts, elements you love, sites you are obsessed with) I’ll use these when I create your custom site!

Once you have everything uploaded and a Pinterest board sent over, you’ll want to book a Strategy call with me. This is where we hop on a 30-60 minute chat discussing your brand and vision for your new site! I’ll ask you questions like “What do you love/hate about your site?” “What content/pages do you have copy created for?” “Do you have a contact form or lead magnet that needs to be embedded?” This helps me strategize what we will need to design for during our time together!

On the day of your design, I’ll send you a Voxer message touching base with the time I begin work and to let you know if I have any questions before diving in. From there I spend the time really digging into the homepage of your design, uploading fonts, uploading your color palette, elements and images!

At the end of the workday, I’ll send you a Voxer message letting you know your homepage is done and send over your Markup Revision link. You’ll use this to request any changes to your site during our experience together. It makes the process so much more streamlined and straightforward forward!

Day two is when we’ll design the internal pages of your site, the about, contact, galleries, investment, blog, and more!

Lastly, we’ll use day three to finish mobile optimization and extended screen design – making sure your website looks beautiful on every screen!
