Missouri photographer duo Mallory & Stephen Kaysen approached me with a problem I’ve heard of many times before. Their website just wasn’t cutting it anymore. It wasn’t converting clients and it wasn’t embracing their playful, modern, exciting personalities.
Through this project, the Kaysen’s were able to discover more about what sets them apart as wedding photographers/videographers – their attention to detail and true love for their clients.
A gorgeous, attractive, and exciting online presence that speaks to the clients they want to continue working with!
I did a little Q&A with Mallory & Stephen about their experience working with us + her advice to fellow new business owners. Her advice is on fire and her feedback makes me want to happy dance. Read on!
How do you think this updated look will impact your business?
“I KNOW that more couples will be excited to get in touch with us! I have already seen an uptick in inquiries through our questionnaires, and that has been so fun to watch grow. Our website is more aligned with our style and business, and brings us more ideal clients.”
Did we successfully accomplish your design goals? What was your favorite part about working together?
“Yes! I am so thankful for Tiffany and her patience as we tried design options throughout the website. She took my vision and put it into reality. Tiffany has a great eye for arranging and including eye-catching graphics and elements to really personalize different sections and webpages.”
Could you write a more general review of our experience working together and the finished project?
“I cannot say enough about how wonderful Tiffany is! Tiffany had a great onboarding process, walking us through the steps to write better copy and organize photos, elements, and fonts for our website. The questionnaire helped us prepare a vision for our website, which made it much easier to communicate and collaborate. Tiffany took a template I loved and completely personalized it to our brand. She went above and beyond for us, working around our busy schedules. She listened to each critique/question we had. We can’t wait to recommend her to our friends!”
